4. Intellectual Property

Client Property: Upon full payment for a project, ownership of custom deliverables specified in your agreement transfers to you, unless otherwise stated. We retain the right to use general know-how, techniques, and non-proprietary tools developed during the project.

Portfolio Rights: Unless agreed otherwise in writing, we may display completed work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials.

5. Payments & Billing

• Project fees, payment schedules, and currencies are specified in your proposal or contract.
• Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit may be required before work begins.
• Late payments may result in project suspension and may incur interest or late fees as specified in your agreement.
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Refund policies, if any, are defined in your individual service agreement.

6. Project Delivery & Revisions

We commit to delivering services with professional skill and care according to agreed specifications. Timelines are estimates based on information available at project start and may be affected by client delays, scope changes, or third-party dependencies.

Revision rounds and change requests beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees and timeline adjustments, which will be communicated and approved before work proceeds.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary business information, trade secrets, technical data, and project details shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the business relationship, except where disclosure is required by law.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

For paid projects, specific warranties regarding deliverables may be outlined in your signed agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrixSol shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities—arising from your use of our website or services.

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to CrixSol for the specific project giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CrixSol, its officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of our services, or violation of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our website or services if you violate these Terms or fail to meet payment obligations. Either party may terminate a project agreement according to the terms specified in the signed contract.

Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive—including intellectual property, confidentiality, limitation of liability, and governing law—shall remain in effect.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or integrate third-party tools and platforms. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable law as specified in your signed service agreement, or otherwise by the laws of Pakistan. Parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution of disputes before pursuing arbitration or courts of competent jurisdiction, as detailed in individual contracts where applicable.
